SPRING CAJUN BBQ HAMBURGERS with St. Amand's Cajun
Special Seasoning and Jack Millers Cajun BBQ Sauce
4 lbs. chuck or round hamburger
1/4 C. Worchester Sauce
2 Tbs. St. Amand's Special Cajun Seasoning
1/4 mustard 1/3 C. ketchup
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. granulated onion
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper. Extra Kick for Cajun BBQ Mix Well!
Put your hands in there and get 'em dirty. Heat 'Big Green Egg' or other grill
400 degrees. Seer both sides of burgers about 4 minutes. Slow down to
300 degrees. Sauce one side of burgers with Jack Millers Cajun BBQ
Sauce, cook 5 minutes. Flip and sauce other side of burger and cook 5
minutes. Take off grill and sauce each side again. Use a mop to apply
sauce. Makes 12 hamburgers about 1/3 lb. each. Good reheated as well.

Hamburgers! A SECRET! When making the burgers, make a hole in the
middle of the burger with a finger. This will make the burger cook more
